PRODUCT CARE & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
All pastry products are baked fresh and can be frozen for up to 2 months or kept in the fridge for 2-3 days after purchase.
It is always best to heat from frozen to prevent condensation from developing moisture and ruining the pastries consistency.
HEAT ALL PASTRY AT
150-160c Fan-forced
or 180-190c Not fan-force
for 20-25 minutes
*exceeding these temperatures will re-bake the pastry and burn.
