PRODUCT CARE & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
All pastry products are baked fresh and can be frozen for up to 2 months or kept in the fridge for 2-3 days after purchase.
HEAT ALL PASTRY AT
150-160c Fan-forced
or 180-190c Not fan-forced
*exceeding these temperatures will re-bake the pastry and burn.
Depending on product size, fresh/frozen or quality of oven/preheat times can range from 15-45 minutes.
It is always advised where possible that products are placed on a baking wire or thin baking tray to ensure the correct transfer of heat to reach the centre.
QUICHE: To stop the top drying out, keep it covered with alfoil for half of it’s heating time.
